Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, because we prepare fresh items, cancellation rules are as follows:
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them by calling our support number.
- Once food preparation or cake baking has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
- For customized cake orders, cancellations are not allowed after confirmation, as they are made to order.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided in the following situations:
- If your order was cancelled successfully within the allowed time.
- If payment was deducted but the order failed or did not confirm.
- If you received the wrong or damaged order (subject to verification).
3. Refund Method and Timeline
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet).
- Processing time: 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) will be provided as store credit or discount voucher.
4. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be applicable if:
- The customer provided an incorrect address or phone number.
- The order was not accepted upon delivery without valid reason.
- The customer is unavailable to receive the delivery.
5. Replacement
In case of a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We’ll verify and either replace the item or issue a suitable refund.
