Welcome to Tuza Maza Café. Our mobile application allows customers to browse our menu, place orders, make reservations, and access related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Through the App, you can:

• Browse our menu
• Place orders for delivery or pickup

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, or other supported methods. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled unless specified in our Cancellation Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Pickup orders must be collected within the specified time to ensure product quality.

Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the order status.

You agree not to misuse the App, provide false or misleading information, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

All content, branding, and trademarks in the App belong to Tuza Maza Café or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or use them without permission.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Your personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Nighoj, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra – 414306.
